Returns & Refunds

Our products contain live plants and are therefore considered perishable goods. For this reason, returns and refunds are not accepted once an order has been delivered.

If a terrarium arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@thepot.gr, including your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the case.

Once the order has been delivered, the care and maintenance of the terrarium becomes the responsibility of the customer. Damage caused by improper care, environmental conditions, handling, or delayed reporting is not eligible for refund or replacement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the courier beyond our control. The same policy applies to items purchased as gifts.
