Shipping Policy
Orders within Greece are shipped via Speedex courier. International orders are shipped via UPS.
We ship to selected countries. Available shipping destinations and costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and external factors beyond our control. While we carefully package all orders, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the shipment has been dispatched.
Terrariums contain live plants and are packed with special care to ensure safe transport. In case of visible damage upon delivery, customers must contact us within 24 hours, including photos of the product and packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
